As a result of yet another classic Fall Rush, Tau Omega Chapter has inducted 12 new Associate Members into Chi Class. Upsilon Kappa chapter was installed this weekend at Sir Sanford Fleming College in Peterborough! New Fraters were initiated on the Friday night and the instllation dinner occured on Saturday. A huge contingent of 8 will be traveling to Las Vegas this August to receive the physical charter from International HQ. Way to go guys!

    13th Annual Teke In A Box:

Where: Corner of Maisonneuve and McKay, Montreal, QC
When: March 22nd to 23rd, 2006

Created to help the homeless youth of Montreal find a new path so that one day they may return to a more stable environment, Kappa Chi's annual Teke In A Box is presented once again this winter! Each year, Fraters sleep outside for 36 hours in a shelter built of wood, cardboard and other debris that can be found on the street. The Fraters panhandle during this time around the streets and near Concordia's campus. Proceeds of this year's event are supporting Muscular Dystrophy Canada (MDC).

Beat the crap out of fellow Fraters with an indoor, rubber-ball version of classic paintball! We have reserved the whole place for a private 4-hour event testing your tactics, teamwork, general "gun handling" and overall endurance (especially for all those lazy alumni!). $40 covers all. When: March 11th, 2006 @ 7pm

After last years success, it was only natural that we once again have an excuse to celebrate and collaborate with fellow fraters. Last year was at the Peel Pub in Toronto, and after some suggestions we have decided to this year go back to some “Old Stomping Grounds” of Tau Kappa Epsilon in London Ontario.
